Small, Characterful, Hand-Picked

The Character

A small colonial palazzo — carved facades, decorative details — tucked behind Ocean Drive on Washington Avenue, on the corner with the romantic Española Way. That street where you make promises over candlelit Italian dinners while Latin melodies drift through the air.

Inside, warm colors — ochre yellow, sand linen, brass tones, scarlet red on the walls. Carefully chosen draperies and fabrics. Bathrooms the color of shallow Caribbean waters — that particular shade of turquoise the Italians call Paraggi blue, after the small bay near Portofino that gave the world its pantone. The decor reflects Miami Beach’s colonial history without trying to explain it.

This is a slow hotel. You don’t need to rush here. You can take your time, play cards — a deck in every room — be chic without performing it. Just yourself, living a small dream made of details and harmony.

A renowned restaurant on the ground floor. Rooftop happy hour with skilled bartenders and a pool where the evening begins gently.

Perfect for millennial couples who know what they want and don’t need to show off to prove it.
