The staff is beyond attentive and helpful in a non-stop way, and everything about this hotel is what you would expect from a top hotel anywhere on the planet.

Sophia thinks the Faena is the best hotel in Miami. She finds the room very comfortable and cozy, and the staff very nice. However, Sophia didn’t enjoy the breakfast as it wasn’t anything special and wasn’t included in the price.

Max enjoyed his stay. He loved the location right on the beach, but it was a little further north than he anticipated, meaning a long walk or a bus/taxi ride to the more vibrant South Beach. The interior design was lovely, and the staff was incredibly helpful and charming. The suite was gorgeous, but the WiFi was very poor in places, and the live music in the afternoon was amplified and distorted enough to drive him indoors. Additionally, the no-shorts dress code for the main bar in the evening was ridiculous and made him not spend his money there.
