This outstanding hotel in Miami Beach truly stands out among the numerous accommodations I’ve experienced in the area. It quickly became a favorite, boasting incredibly spacious and cozy rooms with captivating views. We spent the majority of our time enjoying the beach, although we did note the pools were slightly smaller and crowded, likely due to our visit during peak season. The hotel also features an excellent gym and a delightful café serving breakfast and lunch, which we frequented during daytime hours while opting to explore local dining options for dinner.

Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant experience. However, the air conditioning levels in common areas are excessively cold, making it uncomfortable for guests. This not only feels extreme but also wastes a significant amount of energy. It would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could regulate the AC in these areas. The chilling temperatures extend to the hallways and even the main dining room, making it necessary to wear warmer clothing while enjoying breakfast. On the downside, the air conditioning was a point of concern. Additionally, the staff could benefit from better training on basic hotel information, such as check-out times, to enhance the overall guest experience.
