Reviews

A beautifully-designed hotel, with a nice variety of public spaces. During the day there is the spacious swimming pool and wide sandy beach, and by night there are indoor and outdoor bars and the wonderful Mr. Chow restaurant. The hotel is chic but comfortable, with impeccable service.

Adam, New York

Exceptional. The staff is all extremely friendly and helpful, by far the best customer service. The hotel itself is beautiful, it’s our second time here and we would never stay anywhere else when we come to Miami now. The GM, Mr. Ueno, also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and welcomed. The suites are beautiful and the location of the hotel itself is perfect. Right on Collins avenue near all shops and restaurants. We got checked as soon as we arrived which is also great as we were exhausted from our flight. Overall the best hotel I’ve ever been to.

Olivia, Los Angeles

Exceptional. Location is purely amazing, the view of the ocean is one of the best to be found in SoBe.

Max, Chicago

Location was great, it is easy to access the beach and many restaurants. The rooms were really clean. Beach was good, and also service at the beach was great but they need to increase the number of foods on the menu. Parking is about 55 dollars with tax per night, it is unacceptable, it should be free. My rooms get too much noise from outside, it was impossible to sleep well. Chairs and umbrellas are 27 dollars per day, it should be much lower than this price.

Sarah, San Francisco

Great stay with luxurious facilities but WiFi… Everything is great at W South Beach including hotel facilities, staff, surroundings, and location. The pool was great as my little daughter enjoyed it a lot. Wifi charge per day $20 is not fair (optional) when wifi is a basic need these days especially when paid a big amount for a stay, must be free. Resort service charges $40 per day for beach chairs and facilities (per day) higher end. Beach umbrella separate charges are also unlike. The toilet must have toilet showers to consider Muslim travelers’ needs.
