“Ok but could be so much better. The breakfast quality was great and tasty. The location of the hotel is fantastic and the view is great. If you have stayed in another Mandarin hotel in Europe or Asia you would expect a 5-star service which is not provided here. The staff are nice but laid back and things, like rooming you or giving you extra information or high-end service, are not provided. To sit in their only high-end restaurant for dinner at night and have dogs around your tables is not very high-end. (since they allow dogs pretty much everywhere). I love dogs but not smelly or panting ones in a nice restaurant. Like everything else the hotel is very money-focused, I ordered a bottle of wine in the room for my husband to take with us when we leave and they charged me the cost of the wine plus a delivery fee to bring it to the room (which is fair) and then an extra 18% service on top of it. Which makes you wonder what the delivery fee is then for? The hotel is overall good, it is just a shame they are not as top-notch as you would expect.”
