I made a mistake with my reservation and booked a day late, but the front desk staff handled the situation with grace and helped me rebook on the spot. I recently stayed at W South Beach and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and modern, with a small kitchen, bedroom, living room, and balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and sea. I especially enjoyed waking up each morning to the stunning ocean view from my bed and having breakfast on my balcony while taking in the sights and sounds of the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and took great care of my requests throughout my stay. My recent stay at the Faena  was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the outstanding service and the elegant interior of the hotel itself. The spa was top-notch, and the hotel’s restaurants and show were truly exceptional. The hotel bar was a highlight of my stay, with excellent live music and a wonderful atmosphere. I have stayed at this hotel several times and each visit is better than the last. Although the price range is high, I would recommend staying here, especially during the low season in autumn when prices are somewhat lower. Fontainebleau seems like the perfect place to unwind and indulge. Its location on the beach is ideal for anyone looking to explore the vibrant surroundings. You can soak up the sun by one of the pools or venture out to discover nearby attractions. I must give a special shout-out to Marie, one of the cleaning ladies who helped me with a dress mishap in my room. She went above and beyond to assist me and was incredibly helpful. The lobby bar was also a highlight of my stay, with excellent service from the servers. However, I did have a less than satisfactory experience with the service at the reception desk. I had requested a room with a balcony and waited for over 45 minutes, only to be given a room without a balcony. Despite this disappointment, I still highly recommend this resort for its excellent amenities and overall great experience. The Ritz-Carlton South Beach is an excellent hotel in a prime location with breathtaking beach views. The hotel is situated near top-rated restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. What impressed me the most was the friendly and professional staff who went out of their way to make my stay exceptional. From the concierge to the pool and beach attendants, everyone was incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home. Even before I asked, the staff was quick to anticipate my needs and provided excellent service. Although the linens and bedding quality could be improved, the housekeeping staff did a great job of maintaining cleanliness during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton South Beach for its excellent location, attentive service, and stunning beach views.
