The Asian theme continues striking a sense of harmony with natural materials of bamboo rice paper and handwoven Linens all inducing a perfect sense of calm in one of the VIP treatment rooms. My therapist customized a pampering session just for me using deep tissue techniques to banish life stresses and strains and return a sense of Harmony this unwind after treatment with a calming tea and unrivaled views of the Miami Bay Area through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Get even closer to nature and arrange to have your massage outside and the Mandarin Oriental Miami owns the private beach. Then back to your room to freshen up before dinner. One emotional point of the Mandarin Oriental Miami is without any doubt the fantastic skyline of Miami and Biscayne Bay you can admire during your stay. At night when all the lights come on, it becomes a fairytale who can trap your heart.

Excellent!  The size and view of the room. We had an issue with the bathroom, leaked every time we took a shower. The water spread around all the bathroom and outside of it leaving the carpet of the room really wet.”  Everything we expected from Mandarin Oriental Miami. She decides to come down to Miami and normally stay on south beach, this is an excellent location to let us see downtown.”   “Beautiful. The view from my room was spectacular. The hotel was walking distance to the Brickell center. The location was in a very safe area.”   “Superb! I loved it very much from handling my car keys to wallet guys upon arrival until checking out at the reception. The room was nice, the restaurant and bar were superb. Staff-outstanding.”   “Ok but could be so much better.  The breakfast quality was great and tasty. The location of the hotel is fantastic and the view is great. If you have stayed in another mandarin hotel in Europe or Asia you would expect a 5-star service which is not provided here. The staff are nice but laid back and things, like rooming you or give you extra information or high-end service, are not provided. To sit in their only high-end restaurant for dinner at night and have dogs around your tables is not very high end. (since they allow dogs pretty much everywhere). I love dogs but not smelly or panting ones in a nice restaurant. Like everything else the hotel is very money-focused, I ordered a bottle of wine to the room for my husband to take with us when we leave and they charged me the cost of the wine plus a delivery fee to bring it to the room (which is fair) and then an extra 18% service on top of it. Which makes you wonder what the delivery fee is then for? The hotel is overall good, it is just a shame they are not as top-notch as you would expect.
