The staff is beyond attentive and helpful in a non-stop way, and everything about this hotel is what you would expect from a top hotel anywhere on the planet.

Max enjoyed his stay. He loved the location right on the beach, but it was a little further north than he anticipated, meaning a long walk or a bus/taxi ride to the more vibrant South Beach. The interior design was lovely, and the staff was incredibly helpful and charming. The suite was gorgeous, but the WiFi was very poor in places, and the live music in the afternoon was amplified and distorted enough to drive him indoors. Additionally, the no-shorts dress code for the main bar in the evening was ridiculous and made him not spend his money there.

Additionally, the hotel didn’t top up toiletries daily, and there were some housekeeping issues. Finally, there was no porter available at check-out from the room to the reception.
