W Miami

The W Hotel Miami (former Viceroy) is the centerpiece of the three tower Icon in the Brickell complex – located in Miamis Downtown in the cultural and financial epicenter. Kelly Wearstler – designer of the Tides Hotel in South Beach – has applied her award-winning design flair to the interiors of W Miami rooms – very big -, as well as to the hotels signature restaurant- event venues- and rooftop pool-lounge. It’s practically implicit when you’re talking about Miami hotels that you’re really talking about Miami Beach, and especially South Beach in particular.

The 300-foot infinity pool at W Miami

So it may bear some spelling out: the Viceroy is in downtown Miami — as in, on the mainland, surrounded by tall buildings, trading easy beach access for an urban setting that South Beach decidedly lacks.

What our Guests say:
This is the coolest! A great place without the tourist crowd! ♥ Luxury at it’s best! ♥ Great Hotel, excellent staff! ♥ I have been living in this hotel for almost a month, It is so new, the Staff is nice but not professional. ♥ The valet parking is very slow, I had to wait 45 min to my car. But it’s a new hotel with a very nice design and easy access to the beach. ♥ On the night you can see all the lights of downtown. Very romantic!

There’s a two-acre pool deck on the 15th floor, proof that city life doesn’t have to be claustrophobic, and the Philippe Starck–designed spa and wellness center aren’t much smaller than that. The 50th-floor restaurant has its own private pool and lounge with a view of the city and is just one of three eateries at the Viceroy. It’s massive, stylish, and plush, and quite possibly enough to lure the South Beach crowd back to the heart of the city.

Enjoy all the amenities of W Miami including room service and access to the hotel’s 2,500-square-foot up-to-the-moment Miami gym, offering expert trainers, a state-of-the-art cardio theater, integrated wellness classes, yoga, Pilates, and spinning studio. 5,000-square-foot water lounge with a floating library, a reflecting pond, hot and cold plunge pools and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Key Biscayne.

You can also enjoy a bold new take on Mediterranean cuisine at Eos Restaurant inside the W Hotel. With nothing but the sky above, toast and nibble solo or with a circle of intimates in exclusive Club 50 style. Take a picnic box to the pool from Café Icon. Or order a favorite specialty without leaving your guestroom, any hour of the day.

This Hotel is considered by many to be the most exclusive development in Downtown Miami. It is within walking distance to the various bars/restaurants in downtown, and a 10-minute cab rides away from Miami Beach.

You are in the heart of Brickell’s commercial district, is an eclectic mix of upscale dining, Miami shopping and entertainment options for the sophisticated shopper. The center is designed around a village-like setting with lush vegetation, water features, and Miami entertainment venues.

Excellent hotel, great location and a great view of the bay. W staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent service and very efficient process on everything from the front desk, concierge and even the restaurant. Our suite was not ready when we arrived and we were compensated by getting 2 extra free breakfast for our teens child. The manager immediately emailed us. Originally wifi speed & connection were not smooth but it was fixed immediately after we reported. Overall, very happy and definitely will stay again at the W Hotel Miami when visiting Miami again!”   Ati from Indonesia.

The room was spacious and beautiful, same with the bathroom. Amazing view of the Miami downtown. The bed is super comfy! The pool deck is great to relax and the meals were great too! Greek cuisine!”   Alex from Poland
