The Good:
Hands down, the massages here are next-level. Murad and Yabdale are absolute legends — deep tissue, stretching, you name it. The Couples Love Ritual? Total treat, rose petals and champagne included. Plus, you can hit the hotel’s pools and private beach after your spa sesh, which is a nice bonus. Oh, and the treatment rooms have killer ocean views.

The Not-So-Good:
The layout’s a bit weird — check-in and changing rooms are in one building, treatments on the 18th floor of another, so walking around in your robe through lobbies feels awkward. Changing rooms and steam areas are tiny for a place this fancy. Some staff can be hit or miss, and honestly, the prices are steep — feels pricey if you’re thinking strictly about the physical space.

The Good:
Honestly, the massages here are pretty amazing. Melva and Audrey are super skilled — you can tell they really know what they’re doing. You’re looking at the ocean while chilling in the co-ed pool area, so it feels really luxe. Plus, you can use the hotel pools, beach, and gym if you’re spending the day there.

The Not-So-Good:
Some things are a bit sketchy. Tiles missing here and there, showers sometimes don’t work, and the rain rooms can be broken. It gets packed on weekends or during Spa Month promos, so sometimes it’s noisy and feels kinda like a spa “assembly line.” Service is mostly good, but a few staff can be rushed or inattentive. Also, yeah… it’s expensive, and with some of the maintenance issues, it doesn’t always feel like $400-a-session worth.

The Good:
OMG, this place is so different from any spa I’ve been to. The hydrotherapy stuff is insane — hammam, steam, hot tub, cold plunge… like a little adventure. Massages were awesome, Gustavo and Kimono really know what they’re doing. Love the vibe too, kinda social but still chill, everyone’s hanging out but it doesn’t feel crowded most of the time. Sunset over the bay? Unreal.

The Not-So-Good:
Service is mostly great but sometimes slow or a little messy. Adults-only, so no kids, FYI. Rooms aren’t fancy, kinda basic, but who cares, you’re here for the spa anyway. Can get busy if you come on a weekend or during peak times.
